Abstract
|

|
Foreign body in tracheobronchial tract is frequently observed as one of the accidental cases in the otolaryngologic field.
A 7-year old girl was visited our hospital under an impression of foreign body in airway. X-ray finding of the chest showed a thumb tack which was lodged in the left main broncus with mediastinal emphsema.
The foreign body was successfully removed through bronchoscopy under general anesthesia.
